Who We Are

Spell Dash is a children's spelling practice app published by AMP London Group ("we", "us", "our"). We take the privacy of our users — especially children — very seriously.

Information We Collect

We do not collect any personal information. The app stores the following data locally on your device only:

• Player profiles — first name, chosen avatar, and selected year group. Never leaves your device.
• Game progress — personal best times, scores, and play streaks. Never leaves your device.
• App settings — sound preferences and display options. Stored locally.
• Purchase status — whether the premium unlock has been purchased. Verified through Apple's StoreKit framework.

Data Sharing

We do not share any data with third parties. The app does not contain analytics, advertising, or tracking SDKs, does not use cookies, and does not transmit personal data to external servers.

In-App Purchases

Spell Dash offers a one-time premium unlock via Apple's in-app purchase system. Payment is processed entirely by Apple — we do not receive or store any payment information.

Audio

Words are read aloud using pre-recorded audio files bundled with the app. All audio playback happens entirely on your device — no audio or text is sent to any server.

Children's Privacy

Spell Dash is designed for children aged 5–11. We comply with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), the UK Age Appropriate Design Code, and Apple's App Store Guidelines for Kids. Since the app does not collect or transmit any personal data, no parental consent is required for data processing purposes.

Data Deletion

All data is stored locally on your device. You can delete all app data by deleting individual profiles through the Parent Settings screen, or by uninstalling the app.
